“Nikko YAMABUSHI Bike Tour” monitor tour has started!! Stage 1 was a wet cycling between the foot of Mt. Nasu and Shiobara Onsen in the north of Tochigi prefecture. Cycle on forest paths, lean about local Shugendo story, enjoy delicious soba lunch, short hike to a gorgeous waterfall, and challenge steep uphill like a Yamabushi’s ascetic practice!! Of course, followed by relax in onsen and great dinner at a Japanese style onsen ryokan!!
