The stage 2 of “Nikko YAMABUSHI Bike Tour” started from misty uphill to another sacred mountain with a shrine of Shugendo, followed by a long exciting downhill to a stunning gorge. After fresh grilled or sashimi river fish lunch, today’s highlight was a ride between 200-400 years old giant cedar trees where ancient Samurai walked to Nikko. Staying at a gorgeous classic hotel with great hospitality.
